I went to this place for a consult and was seen by a dental tech told me the doctors were not free to see me and I needed a full mouth for porcelain teeth. I have all my teeth. I’m still looking for veneers, so I’m mistakenly requested a consult after 3 months and was given an appointment. When I went to my appointment I was told they had no record of me being there previously and had to fill out another set of forms. Very nice offices, with great staff. The medical staff is excellent.
I’m done with this place. It’s like going to a used car dealership. High pressure sales from start to finish. I dread going because I know I have be strong and “just say no” over an over to get out of there under $200. With insurance. They just tried to charge me $150 to replace a crown that popped off. WITH INSURANCE!!! I’ve had crowns pop off before (that they put on, mind you) and they just put them back on. Now it costs me $150. Went for implant consult today,Anita, Bianca and the Dr were very polite and showed upmost xompassion for my situation, agreed for a treatment plan to do all on 6 for both my top and bottom teeth.. so far everythkng seems great, will ipdate review after treatment, right now i am very pleased and excited to recieve the treatment from star dental
I'd like to share my experience at Star Dental. It's a wonderful clinic. The staff is fantastic, the doctor is very kind and speaks Spanish, which was a great help. Except for one person who works there, I think her name is Anita. The day I went, she was in the finance department, so I told her my English was limited, and she replied, "Oh, so cute."
