Dr Zhu is a great dentist, she helped me fixed my teeth.
I had an great time visiting Star Dental! Dr. Zhu was patient and attentive towards my teeth and the different procedures that her team did! The lady working at the front desk, Sue, did an amazing job of explaining my billing and treatment plan information along with the doctor and her team. The assistants are very caring and welcoming towards the patients. The office practices excellent hygiene in their work areas and in the rooms! I am very excited to go to Star Dental again!
I had a great experience at Star dental! The staff are welcoming and professional. My hygienist, Diep, was absolutely fantastic. She was thorough, gentle, and explained everything she was doing, which made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. My teeth feel so clean and refreshed now! I highly recommend Star dental and Dr. Zhu’s team.
Good front desk but the billing procedure is messed up and not transparent. Therefore I no longer want to pay a visit again. This place is a little bit hard to find entrance at first. Clean and tidy space. Just that the staff is in hurry and sometimes I don’t have enough time asking questions.
