1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality I got told my car would be done in 1-2 weeks and it ended up being 4 weeks until it was done which was upsetting and think an estimate that fast should not be given as it gives the customer false hope. I as well noticed after taking a closer look at my door that a scratch indent mark is on the door where it was “fixed”. 0 Star : My Experience You broke my driver seat and refused to pay and repair my broken seat. My seat was not damaged the day I dropped off my truck!!! You all said it was cracked already, it was not!!!! I will never recommend Star Collision in Farmington, NM to anyone and I will never use your services ever again.
