If I could give zero stars, I would. From my very first appointment, I did not feel comfortable with Lisa O'Neal. During the visit, she repeatedly interrupted me whenever I tried to answer her questions, often talking over me before I could fully explain my concerns. It made me feel unheard and dismissed. The biggest issue was the lack of attention to my care. I was referred to this office for a specific medical concern, yet the recommended testing was not handled properly. My mom had an appointment at 12 PM. When she arrived, they said there's a problem with the system and the appointment is 1 PM. We received a message that the appointment is 12 PM. If you know your system has a problem, why don't you call the patient and inform them?
The office personal Rachel is absolutely the rudest health care professional I have encountered and was quite shocked by her behavior I’m baffled how someone who works in the health care professional can speak to patient without the faintest compassion no one goes to the doctor for fun all patient deserve respect and to feel comfortable being treated at Star Clinic.
