Today 10/9/2020 Star City Heating and Cooling came out to replace our Nu tone furnace and Air Conditioner. You cannot stop a Trane, and you cannot stop Star City Heating and Cooling crew for making me smile. From Amy, Trevor, Lance, Sherri, Andy, Aaron, and all of the crew behind the scenes. We loved our experience with Star City Heating and Cooling as we had a new air conditioner put in. They showed up when they said they would, were courteous and did an excellent job with our installation at a competitive price. Aaron Connors the Installation Tech was very professional. They also left our house and surrounding area spotless. We would highly recommend Star City for your air conditioning and furnace replacement projects.
From the Cliftons. We've been customers of star city for many years. The V.I.P maintenance plan works well for us. Liam has been doing such an outstanding job as our tech. He is thorough, he can spot any problem, explain things and take care of it quickly. He is very knowledgeable and a great guy to represent your company also great guy to work with!
We got the privilege of being able to have Liam come out 3 weeks ago to fix our air conditioner and in the fall our heater. Both times he was very nice, great customer service. He explained everything and never over sold anything that we did not need, only made suggestions. He is differently a great addition to your company.
AC quit working - Jeff replaced the part and it is up and running within an hour. He is always friendly and professional. Thank you Jeff!
