Signed an agreement. Put my down-payment down. They ran my credit, I came back a week later and they wanted $1000 more. I tried to argue that we had a deal, they said the manager doesn't want to let it go at that price...the price they advertised btw. Completely wasted my time and were a bunch of jerks about it. My mom dropped her Jeep Cherokee 2020 at this location ( where she purchased the car at ) over a week ago due to the engine light being on . Keep in mind she was just there previously for another issue with this car. Her advisor is Jenny . Jenny states that she told my mother it would be a week that her car was held . Jenny did not tell my mother that , however that week has come and gone anyway . I’ve never left a review like this, but I feel obligated to warn others. My experience with this dealership was absolutely awful from start to finish. They are rude, unprofessional, dishonest, and purely money-driven. The moment they get your payment, any sense of customer service or accountability disappears. You’ll be met with careless behavior, empty promises, and zero integrity. Avoid working with Jenny (the advisor) at all costs.
