I drove from Pittsburgh and it took me about 45 minutes on a toll-free path. As I approached the facility, I was pleased to see the truck I called about. I was pleasantly greeted and was given the truck keys to take it for a test drive. I financially preapproved on CarGurus but Star Chevrolet Nissan Volvo found me a better financial deal and warranty. I was treated fairly and I strongly recommend doing business with Star Chevrolet Nissan Volvo.

I scheduled an appointment for a test drive. I drove 45 minutes get there just to find out that they sold the car already an hour before I called them for the test drive. So they had me drive there for nothing. I will never do business with them again.

Communication was key. Michele was key in keeping intouch and providing professional performance in her salesmanship and willing to take the extra step for customer comfort.
The best dealer in S.W. Pa. to deal with. Fourth auto purchased from them, a pleasant, no hassle experience every time. Would highly recommend !

Avoid this place! They are shady! My husband and I were working with them on closing a deal on a Volvo. They pulled our credit reports, had us transfer money from one account to another so that we can wire them the down payment. MINUTES from our wiring the down payment, they backed out of the deal to sell to someone else. Instead of being honest about it, they claimed that they had to back out of the deal because they just found some mechanical issue with the car. Calling their bluff, I said it wasn’t an issue.
