Star was prompt to call me back and were excellent to deal with. The infinite I put a lead in for turned out to be a little more of a vehicle than i needed but Star was able to find what I was looking for and come to a reasonable price. Definitely would recommend this place when car shopping!

The person who followed up on phone and email was rude, pushy, and dismissive of out questions. He gave us incomplete information and downright wrong information. We went up intentionally when he was not working and had a great experience with a young salesman and the person in charge of the finances. If we had to deal with the original salesperson or the floor boss, who was also pushy and rude, we would have just walked away without looking back. Car was beautiful, a little wiggle room with the pricing - so I bought it. Star personnel all extremely friendly, but they are a long way from home, a 5 1/2 hour drive - but it was worth it.

They were great! We have bad credit and they were able to get us a 2008 vehicle with 24,000 miles on it! We were satisfied!
Dealer knew day before I would be up to look at car. That next morning car was washed and in front, ready for me. What a presentation! Dealersh ip full of smiling faces!
