Great service, but horrible vehicles. There has been 3 vehicles bought from this place by immediate family, and between all three, there has been close to eight thousand dollars paid out for numerous ongoing problems. One problem could have been very devastating as my father’s ENTIRE front end came off while on his way to work. So I was preapproved through Keesler federal with a 3% interest rate for the amount they wanted for the car. When I told them this, they ran my credit again to make a different quote with them to say I was not approved. So they signed me with Wells Fargo with a 9% interest rate and almost $3,000 more at the end of it. I got a call from Keesler the next day asking when I was getting the car. Great customer service but we were told they would fix scratches on the car. Every time we would try to get in touch with them about it we wouldn’t hear anything back about it.
The 20 year/250k mile warranty apparently isn’t bumper to bumper and only covers the powertrain, so watch out for that. They never told us this and they said we never purchased the extended warranty (what?) which was never even offered to us. I will not buy another car from Star again due to the lack of communication on the warranties.

We enjoyed our experience here! They were awesome when it came down to paperwork to make sure all the numbers lined up for us! I highly recommend Derek or Blake! We worked with both of them & they were amazing! We would definitely do business here again!
