The sales experience is really good. The service after the sale is non-existing. The extended warranty they sale as “peace of mind” is anything but.

Have a 7am warranty repair service appointment. Apparently the service department does not open until 8. The service advisor literally says, “She can wait.” This is the second time these service advisors have been rude to me. Last time I thought maybe they were just having a bad day, but today proves she just has terrible customer service.
I do as far as them helping you get the car/ truck. As soon as you do it’s like bothering them. I didn’t even get to pick out my car. Much less sit in it before it was picked out. It’s got scratches on it. There is a small crack in the front windshield. There were multiple issues. Yes they finally got around to getting them fixed. Now my speakers are still not fixed. Now I have to wait an hour so the guy can fix it “ again”.
We’ve bought 4 vehicles from Star Chevrolet and they’ve gone above and beyond each time. All the crew members are great. And they have the best deals.
We had a GREAT experience with Star Chevrolet!! They were so helpful and laid back! They let us shop and test drive by ourselves. We weren’t pressured not one bit!! We were in and out within and hour. The warranty they give free is a big plus! I’ve read other comments about well they said I would have this or that warranty wise and I didn’t, they lied...Um, the warranty’s are laid out in front of you and you choose which package you want.
