I was involved in a collision with one of there policyholders. I spoke to Lizabeth. Who handled my claim. She was very professional and explained to me the situation. She deserves the 5 stars. Unlike others in at company that do not know what’s is going on at all. Everytime I call if it’s not her. they are rude not realizing that this was a stressful event to go through that no one should go through. She stands out and you need more people like her. The 5 stars on this review are for her.
I had a great experience working with this insurance adjuster Thyrza Valdes She is professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. She communicated clearly, answered questions promptly, and made the claims process as smooth as possible. I appreciate her assistance and dedication to providing excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Star Casualty.
Extremely poor customer service. One of Star Casualty’s insured drivers rear- ended me; I am not a customer of Star Casualty and do not use their insurance. Leslie Hernandez is the adjuster assigned to my claim, and she has repeatedly ignored my calls, voicemails, and emails.
