Dealing with insurance can often be an incredibly stressful process, but Corinne made everything feel manageable. She was exceptionally professional and patient, taking the time to provide all the information I needed to handle my situation appropriately. This company is one of the biggest jokes in the business. The fact that they have yet to file chapter 11 is shocking. They operate in bad faith and will not bring your vehicle to preloss condition. Their file holders are incapable of following the most basic of instructions and they are nearly impossible to get ahold of if there is a problem.
