Star casualty insurance company deserves a NEGATIVE INFINITY star rating. It has been 2 months since one of their insured driver's hit me and cause my car to be a total loss. I have been calling daily for an update on my claim and I continuously get the run around. They will take your money every month and as soon as you file a claim you will never hear from them. They don’t answer the phone or respond to emails. Communication is poor. They have no intentions on paying.
this company is a piece of crap, I was hit by one of their clients Claim #20202215, My vehicle waslegally parked at a grocery store on 03/30/2020. I have been waiting here from them to repair the scratch on my 2 month old vehicle. They will not answer the phone. so i am going to file against the driver in small claims, notify the Florida I.G, Better business. This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with after 36+ years in investigations( and now I'm writing for my personal vehicle) RUN FOREST RUN!!!
It’s almost been a week since my car was hit by Star Casuality’s customer. Customer service impossible to reach, no one has gotten in touch with us to tell us about our car! I definatly do not recommend this insurance company,! A.Derin Senok
They are the worst. How this is legal is beyond me. I will be suing them and calling the insurance commissioner in Tallahassee to report them. Their client hit me. Charged. They won’t return calls or pay. The ONLY time they returned a call was when I left a message and said they were a wetback organization. They called to say that was “unacceptable”. Yeah. So is your entire business model, Poncho. Their employees deserve prison and the place should burn to the ground with the owners in it. Wetbacked scumbag thieves.
Where to start? My theory is every week all the employees have a meeting and discuss how they can continue to be the worst insurance company in America. Ideas? *Sigh – Okay, from the start I was looking for cheap insurance, and that is what I got... however, less so in terms of price and more so in terms of service and quality. Very good claims – I have many of friends with Star Casualty insurance, and they have always said positive things about them , I am trying to find an agent in my hometown that represents star Casualty, I am going to try to get them as my insurance. I hear they are super fast on claims and that they have an awesome rep in AR named Chase. If you have any questions you should call him !
