Star casualty insurance company deserves a NEGATIVE INFINITY star rating. It has been 2 months since one of their insured driver's hit me and cause my car to be a total loss. I have been calling daily for an update on my claim and I continuously get the run around. I requested for a manager, Supervisor and for some odd reason they are always busy, on a call or unavailable. I am without a car and cannot work because the lack of transportation. It’s almost been a week since my car was hit by Star Casuality’s customer. Customer service impossible to reach, no one has gotten in touch with us to tell us about our car! I definatly do not recommend this insurance company,! A.Derin Senok
