Terrible experience. Very poor service. I specifically chose the inside & outside wash option. They told me to pick up after 2 hours, but when I arrived on time, nothing had been done except spraying water on the outside. Only after I showed up did they rush the inside in 5 minutes, which was incomplete and poor — dust not wiped, seats not vacuumed. A complete waste of my time.

Interior and exterior very clean which was great. But you'd expect a $200 detail to include the valets putting the windows down a bit to clean the tops. We didnt notice until we got home as when we picked up the car the windows were down and we were told to keep them down for the drive home.

$90 for inside outside wash, extra charge if sand is found. Dropped car at 11am and waited until 3pm because they hadn't texted to say car was ready, I just went back to pick up car. Car was cleaned and ready. Drove out and got stopped at parking boom gate to pay $23 for exceeding 3 hours parking limit. I rang car wash assuming they had parking validation for car wash customers. Washed car and vacuumed inside as advised and wiped everything down which wasn’t asked was great. But could have vacuumed a bit more wasn’t 100%

Waxed and detailed my car and steam cleaned my upholstery to perfection. Very impressed.
