My 1-year-old hasn't started walking yet, so I can confidently confirm that the baby seat side is completely clean and free of dirt and footprints. Yet, my car was returned with muddy footprints on both sides, including the door hinges and steps. How is this possible? Are they actually cleaning my car by stepping on the edge to reach the roof? The neglect of basic attention to detail is completely unacceptable and clearly indicates a rushed and careless effort. I will not be returning.
No bookings required and the car looks brand new! All the guys were really friendly and kind.
