Ultimately a mediocre experience. I brought my car here today while seeing a movie and from the get-go I wasn't confident. The guy who took my keys had no idea whether I was meant to be there or not. I left my car and when I came back, it was complete, but still in the wash bay. A different guy comes with his hands full of keys asking which one it is... surely you tag the keys right?? After booking online where I was told it would be a 60-90 minute service I arrived on-site to be told it would take 4 hours. After complaining as I had an appointment later that day they agreed to have it all done and completed at 12pm. I arrived at 5 past 12 to discover my car in pieces and the man told me that it would take another 25 minutes! Absolutely shocking. Will never use again. And I suggest you don't either

Told 2 hours for clean of car inside and out. Turned up to get car 2 hours later and it hadn't even been started. No apology or endeavour to make things right. Handed the keys and I left. Dont bother with these guys.
