These guys have a trick where they say a higher price when you rock up than what it says online. They have SVU platinum wash listed at $65 and tried to charge me $70. When I asked the guy about why its $5 more than whats listed online he stutters and has no real explanation. This is a problem that spans across other Star Car washes as well.
Fantastic experience at Star Car Wash Fountain Gate Outdoor! The team was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job on my car. They paid attention to the little details, and my car looked spotless inside and out. The service was efficient, and the staff made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quality hand car wash. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Update - Management has been ZERO help, I’ve sent in a report and received no communication despite my multiple emails. I will be taking further action. 24/April 2:30PM I took my 2022 Black Mercedes AMG here to these “professional car detailers” out of desperation as I couldn’t get to my regular Star car wash before going on a trip. I bought a brand new car and haven’t drove for even 2000km yet. I got it washed for only 2/3 times but today I went to Tkmaxx and did not get any parking so I thought of getting my car washed from them and I would not be worried about the parking either. When I came back I was so happy with the way my car looked. It seemed I just bought a new car again. It’s a 100/10 place for car wash.👍
Ever since I started a new job I didn’t got time to get my car washed for so long and my car got very dirty. I came to them for the wash and what they did literally surprised me. There were so many stains that I myself thought that the car would not be very clean even after full detail but I could not believe my eyes when I saw the car after wash. I am so happy with their service and will definitely recommend everyone to visit.
