Very disappointing experience. I took my car to this car wash expecting it to be cleaned carefully, but unfortunately my car was damaged during the service. I was not expecting to receive my vehicle back with damage, and the staff did not handle the situation professionally. I paid for a service and trusted them with my car, so this experience was extremely frustrating. I would strongly recommend checking your vehicle carefully before and after using this car wash.

Paid $250 for an interior and exterior detail. White marks left all over the car, new stains left on my fabric seats, smudges on the windows. Attempted to contact the manager via email and have heard nothing. Would not recommend at all, an absolute rip off.

I booked the Platinum Wash, but unfortunately the door trims, lower sections of the side doors and the bumper still had visible dust and residue on them. These areas clearly hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, as the deposits should have come off during the wash. Not recommended.

These guys have a trick where they say a higher price when you rock up than what it says online. They have SVU platinum wash listed at $65 and tried to charge me $70. When I asked the guy about why its $5 more than whats listed online he stutters and has no real explanation. This is a problem that spans across other Star Car washes as well.

Fantastic experience at Star Car Wash Fountain Gate Outdoor! The team was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job on my car. They paid attention to the little details, and my car looked spotless inside and out. The service was efficient, and the staff made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quality hand car wash. I’ll definitely be coming back!
