closed when I got there at booking time, got a message 50 minutes later saying they had to open late due to bad weather. No one was in the shop at booking time, everything was closed and I had no communication that this would be the case before hand

please read this review properly and please Do Not (Copy & Paste) your replies. I have already filled out the customer feedback form and have had NO Reply.... Not overly impressed this visit, i have been here a few times in the past with no issue. However last Sunday i wanted the inside cleaned and vacuumed. So normally a wash and vacuum is $60.00 the young detailer said i will cost an extra $10.00 cause the dash (In his words) ohh very very dirty so will be $70.00 this is now the 2nd time in less than 12 months last time it... read more
