Hi, My car was washed this morning (17/6/25) and I picked it up at 1pm. I have just now had time to go over the car and what I have found is very very disappointing. I paid $100 plus $25 for Mag wheel detail & polish.. $136.49 all up and what I got was a $40 wash. Out of the 14 services listed that I paid for you have done 5 and very poorly. I want my money back. Paid for interior and exterior clean, workers did not ask me to inspect car before leaving, when I got in it was if they didn’t even do a thing. Complained to management and sent photos, went back a few days later for a complimentary clean wash and again and got told I’d need a wax ( I could remove the stains with a baby wipe…..) when I returned 30 mins later it’s like they did nothing, not even a basic clean literally nothing.
