Poorly vacuumed... good outside , but for the price I paid , I’ll look for another car wash next time
No shade of any kind for workers in 100+ temps. I can’t support a company that doesn’t take care of its employees. That’s probably why it’s getting low ratings...how can the workers do a good job when they are suffering? I just told them my car was good enough and drove away...I didn’t want to make them slave in the hot sun for me. Really cruel.
Let's see where do I start. Asked for Superwash and clean mats. Paid $25.00... Took forever only two cars to be washed slower than snail. Then get in car mats never cleaned very poor vacuum job. Windows has streaks, the guy attempting to wipe car down didn't move faster than a snail did not treat tires. I haven't been in a long time I thought I would try it again. But this will be the last time.
I can't believe I paid $25, waited almost an hour, and you guys still didn't do a great job! I paid extra to get a wipe down on the inside...Wish I could post photos!! Freakin ridiculous!
I used to go to the Lewisville location when I lived on that side but when I moved to The Colony I discovered this location. They always do a good job.
They always take great care of my vehicle, i am always satisfied with the service. And if I am not they have always made sure I was before I left. Its why i keep coming back. My Impala will always shine
There's been a steady decline in service with the current so-called "management." Confusion over billing, long waits (45-minute average wait for a wash), short-staffing issues ("sorry, we're short"), and a general malaise with respect to customer service makes this place a very poor value for the dollar. Nobody appears to be in charge. When I've asked to speak to a manager, I always speak to someone different. Who's in charge of this franchise, and why aren't they paying attention to their customers?
