Worst attempted car buying experience ever. Cadillac Optiq was obtained from a dealership in Scranton that matched my specs, cash deal, received "have your car, when can you pickup" went with check, started paperwork only to be advised "system glitch with applying EV credit upfront but we have a special agent who will work on fix." After 12 days from when I went with check to get car, glitch not fixed, no estimate as to when, just "I told you you need to be patient."
