I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and unexpectedly needed work for a recall notice. Doug said it would be an additional hour for the work, making my total wait time 2 hours. My time was extremely limited that day and I began to fret about the 1,000 other places I needed to be...meetings, post office, feeding my kids, etc. Doug asked Joe to put mechanic Chris on my vehicle and had my car done within one hour! I went only to look at a new LaCrosse and ended up buying one! Joe was a very courteous and friendly salesman and he has a great sense of humor. Everyone that worked with us was pleasant, helpful, and NOT pushy! Joe was very helpful and answered every question I had. I am very comfortable and happy with my car. My husband and I would highly recommend your dealership and your personnel. It was a pleasant experience.

Great! – My wife and I were about to give up on purchasing a newer SUV that would fit in our budget after dealing with the swindlers over at Brown Daub Kia in Easton until we came to Star dealership. Ride of my life – Soo i was in the market for a new GMC sierra, and one of my friends referred me to STAR Buick and Gmc. I must say this friend may very well be the best man at my wedding!! I had an awesome experience here from the moment i got there i was treated like a respected customer. I found what I was looking for – I found a 3 year old truck (2500) with only 6,000 miles on it. The truck looked and smelled like new. They provided me with some history on the truck and showed me their shop report. They also allowed me to have my mechanic look at it, I was a little worried that the truck was too good to be true with such low mileage. Everything worked out, it was an simple process. Very easy transaction – I dealt with Ron for a few days. I really did not know what I was looking for other than, reliable, good on gas and a good warranty.
