These people are so frustrating. After getting roughly a hundred dollars worth of dry cleaning done, the man at the front desk recommends that I use coupons next time – AFTER I paid my bill. Why didn't he mention that they had an offer beforehand? He refused to help me out by honoring the 20% retroactively, even after I told him that I was surprised that the pieces had been so expensive to clean and was visibly pained at the bill.
