There is a young lady that works in there that knows her bolts! She has helped me and I was referred to starbolt by a guy that works for nabholz and they said she is wonderful and she knew what I needed for my barn on top of me going back for a deck screw and she knew exactly what I needed, along with the concrete anchors I just want to say the woman needs a raise she did a lot of research for me. I called starbolt on August 15th spoke with a man there by name of Cody I believe he seemed impatient and I called back at 2pm and a lady answered the phone she had me text a photo of my bolt to her phone and I ordered my bolts they were the exact bolts I needed I don't know how she did it based off a photo but I want to thank the company for being a good company selling to a individual, knowing they do only sell to contractors only. I work for an OEM, and have been buying my hardware from Star Bolt for more than 20 years. Their prices are good and the service is even better! They have a great staff there too! Always helpful no matter how busy they are! I would highly recommend Star Bolt for all of your fastener needs!
