Where do I start. If I could give this dealership negative stars I would! They are completely unprofessional, rude, and liars. I purchased a car from Star Auto in August 2016. I am deployed in Afghanistan and they took full advantage of me. They fraudulently overcharged me for government tax, title and license for my car, and as of now 12/21/2016, 4 months later, my car has yet to be registered. These guys are crooks, they rolled back the mileage on my car nearly 200k. The apparently rebuilt the car, did a crappy job. Engine leaks within the first week with check engine light.
Never buy a car from these guys. Bought a 2008 mazda3 and two days after purchase the check engine light came on. They never did anything to fix this problem they just reset the code on several occasions claiming they could never find the code. One time we brought it in with the code on and they "lost" the code. Eventually they got some sort of code for an 02 sensor but they said it wasn't covered. After spending $500 to fix that the check engine light came on again and the tranny is done for.
