Got an estimate and scheduled an appointment. A week prior to the appointment the owners son calls and wants a down payment which equals the full amount of my estimate. I inquire about the original estimate at that time and he insists it is now double the original estimate. I ask to speak to the owner, he refuses to let me talk to him. I call back several times over the next few days to talk to the owner and his son answers every time claiming I can't talk to him. This seems like a very bad way to run a business.
