Had absolutely no complaints the entire time I lived here, stopped by to say hi when I was here for Vacation and they were still fantastic

I do want to start by saying I lived at the Star Apartments and I absolutely loved my apartment. It had Bay windows and wooden floors. The entire application process was where the issues had started. I constantly follow up with regards to an application update and I had received no response. I was unsure if the apartment was being held for me and I had to go in in person. I moved in to the Clearwater building in October and I have two cats. It is a great place to live if you have cats! I've also had very positive experiences with the management and maintenance staff. They are great to work with and very responsive and available. Be aware there are two buildings managed by this group: The Clearwater building and the Star building, across the street. Was here a few years ago staff are very helpful and nice at most times quiet but friendly I think not some racism and the smell of weed is reoccurring thing definitely wouldn't make a stay here long term.
