We have 6 cats and 1 puppy and have been to more vets than I can count from Rockport to Houston with everything in between, but never had an experience like going here. Absolutely the best service with the most genuine people who will take the extra step to ensure your animals are taken care of to the best of their ability. From the first time we went there we decided they are our new permanent vet for all our animals, can't recommend enough they are a treasure to have nearby
Great priced vaccinations without the clinic fee. Great staff , very thorough & informative. Might have to sit a little bit if it’s busy longest I’ve stayed is 15/30 min. but for the most part you are in and out. This rescue does so much for our community, Amazing people that work here . Special Thank you to founder and staff .
Our dog was dropped off at 8am to get fixed, a shot, and nails clipped. He got picked up at 330pm-345pm thats when we were told our dog was too "angry" and "anxious" to have any of the requested work done. Never were we notified to pick the dog up early due to issues. Mind you he didnt get breakfast because we thought he was getting fixed today and from how hes acting after getting home it would appear he wasn't given any food or water today. almost 2 weeks ago, a stray puppy showed up in our backyard. He was so loving and kind. We named him Thor. Me and my husband decided to take him to a no kill shelter so of course we stumbled across star group. We thought we wouldn’t be able to handle another dog, but after having him for a week, it was pretty easy. But a lady by the name of Debbie informed me that she has a Foster lined up for him.
