Worst service we've had in 25 years as homeowners. We hired Star Aluminum to install downspouts on our house. We obtained three estimates and they were right in the middle. They scheduled the work on our house a month out and after waiting the month, they rescheduled from a Friday to the following Monday or Tuesday, said they would call us on Monday to let us know which day.
