I encountered first hand an attempted theft by a cleaning crew this morning at a "clean out" of a house that was transitioning from the owner to a renter. By chance we arrived at the home this morning and questioned the crew. Finally, a crew member admitted that they had removed the drapes, poles, mirror, cabinet, and other misc items including touch-up paint that was in a box in a rack in the garage.
