The store manager Maria treated my mother so poorly to the point my mom ran into the bathroom crying. followed in by a few female employees to make her feel better, they too agreed that their manager is mean to them. Maria refused to give me her district managers name knowing she was at fault. luckily with the power of social media and other staples managers in Pittsburgh area I was able to locate his name and send him a message. This place is hit or miss. They’re either all over you or you can’t find anyone to help. We literally walked all over looking for an associate to answer a question. I ended up being so frustrated I put my stuff back and left.
I needed to rectify an error that was equally my fault and the fault of a new associate in the Copy and Print Center. Both the Copy and Print Center Manager and the Store Manager were courteous and friendly in resolving this matter to my complete satisfaction.
The store is minimally staffed but the staff is very professional and does the best they can with the resources they have. I highly recommend shopping at the Indiana Staples.
Since they raised their prices so high, I can't afford to buy there anymore. Also now that you have to go online to get credit for your rewards, I don't like that, I liked getting a check or credit by mail, then I could see what I have registerd.
