My Laptops motherboard died after less than 20 hours use over the last year.. They would not stand behind their products.. Told me that they could throw it away for me..
Don't count on them to get your order done on time. Was told it would be ready by Wednesday....guess what...it wont be ready til noon Friday! Way to ruin a big surprise! Go elsewhere!
Today I had a great experience at The Dalles Staples store. The network went down while I was waiting to use the PrintMe self serve printer. Tyler at the Print counter was super helpful, printing it out for me on their printers and then making copies. Teena is always such a great person, very helpful and an honest delight to talk with. Very rarely do I ever have a bad experience, and if I do, they work hard to get it turned around.
gave them a 1 but it should have been zero. Wasn't in the store more than 5 minutes when a clerk started grilling me like I was a panhandler. How insulting. I have a business account there. My friend and I came in to look for supplies. We left with nothing because of the rude treatment we got.
Tonight they asked a customer to leave the store just because of the type of hat he was wearing. It is ridiculous to lose a $500/month client like that, but it is what happened. Silly print area mis-manager.
Telling someone to leave the store because you don't like their hat? Seriously? I'm done shopping at staples. My company will take its substantial business elsewhere.
