Never easy and most times the print shop screws up my order and or does not have it ready when they tell u it will be ready Not sure why I keep using them changing the definition of insanity to using Staples for your print needs
Trying to order printed materials online and it is not user-friendly and keeps giving me error messages. I called my local Doylestown branch and pressed 2 for the print department. Held for 5 minutes before being put through to a rude register clerk who wanted to transfer me to other departments. Using fedex online from now on!
