They lack basic computer knowledge A friend of mine shopped here and had some computer questions. She was having problems with her harddrive. They told her nothing could be recovered on it that the computer was broke. I took her computer the same day and fixed it in 10 minutes. She would be out over a thousand dollars if she would have listened to them!
