Worst place in North Carolina they always mess up the order this time they never ordered our supplies we ordered a month ago. Now they want charge us a fee to expedite. They need new management and I would never recommend anyone to go here. Hours of driving and wasting to time to deal with idiots!

Went in to purchase a new power cord for my laptop. As I was wandering aimlessly looking for what I needed a super nice young man came up and asked if he could help me find anything. I told him what I needed. He took me straight to the cord. As I was getting in line to checkout he came up to me and asked if I had my laptop with me, I went to my car to get it. Bought a hp office jet pro from staples in forest city nc . On 11/2013 haven't use a pack of paper in it and already broke. I wouldn't buy one of these warranty already out. JUNK!!!!!!!!
