No thanks to Josaiah Lohberger, and ALL my thanks to Staples CUSTOMER SERVICE 800 number, I have my Toshiba Satellite laptop fixed. WHILE UNDER WARRANTY, he wanted to charge me $129.00 to do what the nice people at Corporate Customer Service did for FREE. And it only took half an hour. Actuallu LESS that 30 minutes. Thank you Corporate Customer Service! AVOID doing business with this Josaiah guy who is the "Mobility + Tech Sales Supervisor. If he asks if he can help you, 1-HIDE YOUIR WALLET, and 2- RUN!!!!
