They always have what I need
Terrible service! Ive been printing stuff in this place over a year, same format, same paper, same everything. Its always great service, but today I was treated poorly! Such a bad service, not coming ever again to this place. Rather spend some gas and go to an Office Depot.
Last Friday I placed an order for business cards at the Jantzen Beach Center Staples, Portland OR. On Saturday their printer was down and I was freaking out because I needed the cards by Sunday. The Manager did a fantastic job staying 100% calm and professional (In spite of my far less than cordial attitude at the time). He stuck with the issue until it was fully resolved and then some. Great job!
