Dropped a UPS package here for next day early air delivery. The employee that worked there GUARANTEED the package would arrive the next day. Except they failed to inform me it was already after the last pickup time so I PAID MORE for a service that was IMPOSSIBLE. When I checked the tracking number the next day it still said “we haven’t received your package” when I physically dropped it off myself.
