I also wish I could give NO stars! The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE!! The General Manager, Fred, was the worst of all the employees. He had a "no care" attitude when speaking to customers (not only me). No one in the store and no one to assist me... even after trying to flag someone down to help me. Tried to buy an office chair and have it assembled, but they couldn't figure out how to do that. Will not be returning to this location!
I wish I could give you NO stars ! The EASY BUTTON was no where to be found ! The Print shop needs some work on their attitudes ! Especially that Michael .. Will only go to the location on Sunset Blvd from here on out !! The funniest thing was when they said "we can't do this " after I handed them the Biz card I had done at Staples on Sunset Blvd 2 months prior !!
