Beware of this store. They will charge you credit card and never bother to give you refund unless you check your own credit card statement. Below is my experience: I have ordered business cards back in Dec 2017 and paid. I brought my 16 month old laptop in because it wasn't starting up. Anthony quickly diagnosed the problem as a probable fried motherboard, which I'd suspected. Although I'd also purchased a warranty, I had no idea where I'd saved my paperwork. Anthony and his manager spent quite a lot of time on the phone with other locations (because I couldn't even remember where I'd purchased it) searching receipts going back three years. My kids love to shop here... even in summer! They love all the gadgets, notebooks, pens, etc! The store staff is nice !
Super friendly staff, easily the most friendly of any staples that I've been in recently. The only downside is that the store feels smaller than normal and like they have a smaller selection of things that I might commonly want.
I really do miss Office Depot, the customer service was just so much more helpful. Plus the selection of merchandise. Hopefully Yuba City gets a new office supply store one day in the near future.
Since most Office Depots are now closed, I'm resigned to shopping at Staples for office/schools supplies. They have great back-to-school sales but normal prices are rather high. I can usually find what I'm looking for, however.
Walked in for 1 item , the first person i had talked to had been at that store for awhile and was very knowledgeable after talking to him i continued looking around and was approaches by the assistant manager who seemed to be talking with no clue about what he was saying, was rude. Made me angry so i left without purchasing anything.

This Staple s store is super great. The workser are all so helpfull. They always have whatever I need in stock. They have great sales and rebates all the time.
