I've come to this location several times and never had a problem up until the other day. I brought in my USB drive to have a poem printed. The associate was completely helpless. She was unknowledgeable and rudely shrugged. Didn't have a clue what she was doing. Couldn't even locate the files on my drive. In the past I received competent service at this Staples. I am in great need of a lot of computer advice, so I went back today. A clerk told me to wait at the computer counter--someone would be with me shortly. I waited ten minutes. No one else even spoke to me--no "I'll be with you in a minute," nothing. I left. I am not likely to return.
