I ordered an All in One Computer. First off it showed a 3yr warranty..did the chat and talked to someone about this as this is not common for a refurbished computer. That person gave us another person to contact said we would have to talk to them as this is the company who refurbished the company. That person was rude and said it only had a 90 day warranty even though the ad said 3yr warranty. We left Best Buy because of poor customer service and went over to Staples. The sales associate Cade was more than helpful and attentive to our needs. We will certainly be repeat customers!

I ordered "customized" business cards through the Staples website assuming I would be able to reorder as I have from Vista print for years.....But evidently Staples doesn't care about customers they changed their system and made it impossible for me to reorder what I had.... I wouldn't be as upset if they had sent some sort of notification to let customers know that these changes were coming. I can't even log into my account.
