I’m very disappointed in your Customer Service. I placed an order online to pick up in 1 hour in your store. I received an email advising the item is no longer in stock. How is that possible, when I placed the order it was. I speak to a Rep to inquire about said order to be told the item shows as available, yet upon calling the store (3 stores) the item is not. Meanwhile, I have to wait 7/10 days for my refund to be processed when I used a $150 staples gift card. What sense does that make. Epic fail Staples!!!!

Elijah, is an excellent employee. He was efficient, friendly, and attentive. When cashing out, Bri was a pleasure too. Thank you Staples for training your employees so well. Netty, job well done.

Giving a shoutout to Roscoe at the Lake Mary Florida store who went the extra mile to find an item that I needed that showed stock in the computer but was not shelved where it was supposed to be. He looked until we found what I needed. I appreciate his exceptional customer service. �

brought laptop to clean up. took a lot longer and cost a lot more then expected and told. was talked into getting Sophos protection and it is constantly running updates and checking for updates, causing extreme slow use of the computer. it has gotten worse with time. I want it taken off, and refunded by the amount of time left on the contract. also, when I finally got it back it is broken in one bottom corner and it is missing a couple of those spongy pieces that help with friction when closing.
