Today I came in to get programs for a friends memorial this weekend. Sheri in the printing center was beyond helpful. First she got my 4yr old crayons & coloring pages to keep her entertained. I had no idea where to start Sheri knew exactly what was needed to be done. She was professional and calmed my nerves. She knew the paper to use and asked what my friends hobbie was to add as a background. Told me to give her 20mins. When we came back she asked me if I was ready and told me to open the box. Posting the below again, the first one seems to have disappeared so lets try again. Wife and kids purchased a chair for me and had it assembled. Took them 2 days I was told and no wonder the seat was backwards and the bolts for the back and arms were loose. Talked to the manager and he did not seem to really care. I have always gotten kind, considerate help from the staff at this store. I regularly need help in the printing department because I am not good at formatting. They always take good care of my printing needs. Thank you! The computer tech people are also very helpful.
I'm not sure where to start... the outstanding customer service of the people in the copy department, to the care heartfelt concern of store manager to the entire staff at this Staples in Marysville, WA, the communication and help was like nothing I have ever experienced in a retail environment.
