Staples on 153 won’t print my small projects anymore!! So, I just went into Staples, wanting to print something for my dad for Father’s Day when he gets back on vacation on the 20th, and The Staples manager said they wouldn’t print my small business item. Very poor customer service. This is the reason the store is empty when you do go there. It will be one of those stores that will be shutting down due to lack of customer service. Manager Russell Bishop refused to give me his managers number . Amazon will just get more of my business.
Great print/marketing department! They always provide excellent customer service!
Very poor customer service. We print every two weeks with the copy center. More times than not something is wrong. This week the manager Patrick Gallager was there and very rude. He couldn't figure it out and blew us off. Would not recommend.
Their customer service is poor. If you run across an employee named JB get someone else to help you if that is possible.
