Shame on Staples for selling their own branded paper shredder that melts and nearly starts a fire AND REFUSING to refund the purchase that was made on 1/13/18!!! Shame on Scott Johnson at the Apple Valley, MN store for refusing the refund and scamming us out of $50 for a worthless shredder. And shame of Staples for having a 14-DAY REFUND POLICY on all electronics. The only companies that have such short return policies are ones who sell crappy merchandise.
