My son had a school project that of course is due tomorrow. My husband went up to the store to get a photo copy of his half poster board and they told him they couldn’t do it for 24 hours! Well that’s not helpful! Been going there for years and never had a problem. If you don’t have enough staff to make a copy of something in a reasonable time you have a problem! I even called the manager to explain the situation and he didn’t care at all. Thanks for the help Staples! I guess we are now customers of Office Max.

My company will not shop here anymore, people bring thier pets in the store and I have employees who are severely allergic to dogs.
Worst Place to go to get office supplies. Staff wasn't helpful. I had boxes of printer paper sealed with Staples Logo on them. They were bought long time ago so I lost the receipt. We used one and had to return 2 boxes and Manager told me that there is no proof that you bought it from us. They refunded me half price. I told him what bigger proof he wants that boxes are sealed in Staples boxes. He cared less and told me that I can reach out to corporate office. Will shop from Office Depot.
