Bought a photo frame and it was left in San Luis Obispo my accident during the holidays. Got it home tonight, did not work and felt it was defective. Purchased on 12-22-19 but as of today I’m out almost $70. Called store....have my receipt. Spoke with store manager “Journey” and she laughed at me on the phone. They girl making copies did an outstanding job working with odd shaped papers I wanted duplicated. Took her less than 15 minutes and they were perfect. They service was great and she smiled the whole time.
We went to buy a computer this evening! Had amazing service from Colette. Purchased it at about 6:45pm & had it all installed, ready to go for us to pick up at 8:30pm. She definitely went above and beyond. Super patient with is too!
Purchased Kaspersky Anti-Virus last week and was told at the store that they no longer include a disk but have a code inside the box to activate. When we got home we had received a better online offer from Kaspersky which we decided to go with. Went to return the box to the store and found out if had been opened by someone else and was empty. BAD on us for not checking at the store for the code. We know we didn't open it so it probably was returned by another customer and wasn't checked when they returned it. Just a heads up... read more
