I just had by far the worst experience EVER in Staples! The guy that "helped" me name was Jeremy! Horrible customer service. Instead of apologizing for his wrong doing in not exchanging a item that I purchased (after showing him the online policy found online) he told me that "I don't understand why you keep showing me your phone" Didn't care to resolve the matter. Very rude!
