The staff at Staples exceeded expectations today. I purchased two office chairs on June 2, and could not locate the receipt. I put one of them together and found it was uncomfortable for my petite frame. They helped me bring the chairs back in from the car, refunded my money using the original form of payment, and told me it was not an issue to return the chair we had put together, assembled. Thank you all for exceeding expectations and making this an easy transaction with no lines or waiting.
