Such a disappointing experience at Staples today. When I asked a question the young man couldn’t answer, he asked for help. The person answered by walker, I asked if someone could come over. By now, there were more customers, he asked for help for that too. I walked over to ask my question in person. The man said he was one of the managers. He was NO help at all!! Fortunately, they aren’t the only place to get office supplies. With service this bad I’m surprised they are still in business.
I love Bangor's Staples, easy access and well set up. Good prices and happy people.
I sent in a print order and tried calling a day later just to find out if it would be ready 36 hours later. I listened to music for almost an hour and no one will answer the phone. So frustrated
What's the point of having display models for products you don't even stock? If I wanted to wait I'd have gone to WB mason instead of a big box. Ridiculous.
"It's Easy"...No it's not. Stopped in the store on Thursday to check on a promo about receiving $10.00 for "qualified" computers, smart phones and "other" qualifies electronics. I asked about printer we had and an old Apple laptop. Specifically asked "I don't want to waste my time carrying the items in to just carry them out." I was told for "for $10.00 bring them I and I will recycle them." So we brought them in today...the printer "to old" and the Apple "we need to see if it works".
