My experience was horrible I asked to print one document and the idiot behind the counter where the printers are acted like he lacks basic common sense was not helpful at all I stood at the counter for close to 10 minutes for him to give me an attitude because the email I sent to the email address he gave me wouldn’t send I assume they hire any idiot off the street who don’t know what 1+1 =.

Lost a long time customer today. I was told no copies could be made for me because there was a backup of orders. However when I was there no machines in the copy center were even running and the copy center employee was chit chatting at the end of the counter. The employee told me the manager said to not take any orders until Sunday when she left.
