I visited the store today in Kennesaw and walked in seeing others without masks on and was approached by a young man who worked for The company saying that we are required to wear face masks. It may be required for employees to wear a mask but if a customer does not want to wear one for whatever reason they can’t be forced to wear it. Extremely nice employees. They go over and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. They welcome you when you walk in and they are very quick to assist you. Employees have an upbeat positive energy.
Was just in your store. The lady that finally came to my assistance was rude and dismissed me when I told her I wasn't going to put money on a staples card to use the computer for just 2 minutes that i needed it. I tried to send my document to the email address, ask twice if it went thru. Got totally ignored. Maybe your employees need to be reminded that people like me can give your store a bad review as easy as this. I know I'm not going to be contacted because of her bad behavior. This store is terrible. No one will help you . There were three male employees standing near the door talking. There was no attempt to us or any of the other customers who were wondering through the store trying to find things!!
Second day of school and Staples is out of loose leaf paper and plastic folders. Their excuse, "we got bombarded by customers". Did they just find out school started on August 4th? BOO!
